Working Hours

The standard working schedule of Styx Corp LLP is:

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Weekly Holidays: Saturday and Sunday

Employees are expected to be available and actively engaged during designated working hours unless otherwise approved by management.

Depending on project requirements, operational needs, client commitments, or business circumstances, employees may occasionally be required to provide additional support beyond standard working hours.

AI-Assisted Development Policy

To maintain originality, security, confidentiality, and complete ownership of intellectual property, the use of AI-powered coding assistants and code-generation tools in company software development projects is prohibited unless expressly authorized by management.

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • ChatGPT
  • Claude
  • Gemini
  • GitHub Copilot
  • Cursor AI
  • Windsurf
  • Replit AI
  • Tabnine
  • Codeium
  • Similar AI-assisted development platforms

Employees, interns, contractors, and consultants must not use such tools to generate, modify, debug, review, optimize, or otherwise contribute code to company projects without prior written approval.

Unauthorized use of AI-assisted development tools may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or engagement.

Information Security

Protecting company and client data is a critical responsibility.

Employees are required to:

  • Safeguard company systems and credentials.
  • Use only approved software and services.
  • Follow security procedures established by the company.
  • Report security incidents immediately.
  • Maintain secure access to company resources.

Employees must not:

  • Share passwords or access credentials.
  • Install unauthorized software.

  • Access systems beyond their authorized permissions.

Any violation of information security requirements may result in disciplinary action and legal consequences where applicable.

Company Assets and Resources

Company-owned resources are provided exclusively for legitimate business purposes.

Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, Styx Corp LLP reserves the right to take one or more of the following actions:

  • Verbal or written warnings
  • Suspension of responsibilities or project assignments
  • Restriction, suspension, or revocation of access to company systems and resources
  • Placement under performance review or corrective action plans
  • Withholding of performance-based incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other variable compensation where applicable
  • Recovery of losses, damages, costs, or expenses incurred by the company as a result of misconduct, negligence, policy violations, or unauthorized actions, to the extent permitted under applicable law and contractual agreements
  • Immediate termination of employment, internship, consultancy, or contractual engagement
  • Initiation of civil or criminal legal proceedings where appropriate

Special Provision Regarding AI-Assisted Development

Styx Corp LLP maintains a strict policy regarding the use of AI-assisted development tools within company software projects.

Any employee, intern, contractor, consultant, or other associated individual found using AI-powered coding assistants, code-generation platforms, or similar technologies without prior written authorization from management shall be considered in violation of company policy.

Such violations may result in immediate disciplinary action, including but not limited to:

  • Revocation of project access
  • Removal from development responsibilities
  • Recovery of any losses or damages incurred by the company
  • Immediate termination of employment or engagement
The company reserves the right to conduct audits, reviews, investigations, and inspections of company-owned systems, repositories, development environments, and work products to ensure compliance with its policies and standards.

All disciplinary decisions shall be made at the sole discretion of Styx Corp LLP based on the circumstances, severity, intent, impact, and recurrence of the violation.

Policy Updates

Styx Corp LLP reserves the right to modify, amend, replace, or update these policies at any time to reflect changes in business operations, legal requirements, technological developments, or organizational needs.

The latest version of this policy shall supersede all previous versions.
